Overview

Profiler for LinkedIn — QB is a Chrome extension that extracts information from the LinkedIn profile page currently open in your browser, only when you ask it to. It does not collect analytics, show ads, or require sign-in.

Data We Process

• On your request, the extension reads visible content from the page you have open (e.g., profile sections like About, Experience, Education, Skills, and the Contact info dialog if you open it).
• This processing happens locally in your browser.

Storage

• Profiles you choose to save are stored in your browser’s chrome.storage.local.
• No profile data is sent to our servers. We do not operate a backend for this extension.

Sharing

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Permissions

• activeTab, scripting — to inject the content script into the active LinkedIn tab when you click Scrape.
• storage — to save rows locally at your direction.
• host_permissions: *://*.linkedin.com/* — to run on LinkedIn pages you open.

Retention & Control

• You can delete individual rows or clear all saved rows at any time from the extension UI.
• Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data from your browser.
